Pursuant to New York law effective June 2026, we disclose that certain content on this Site may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. All AI-assisted content is reviewed and approved by David Foox, Esq. before publication. This disclosure does not apply to legal advice, which is always provided by a licensed attorney.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
