We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy. If no attorney-client engagement is established following your submission, we will delete your data within 6 months of initial submission unless you request earlier deletion or applicable law requires longer retention.

Submissions through our questionnaire or contact form may receive attorney-client privilege protections under applicable law. However, submitting information does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of communications prior to the establishment of a formal engagement.
